Perhaps you’re not interested in the powder kind of flocking and you’re looking for other ways to flock your artificial Christmas trees without stress, here’s your luck.

You can follow the steps below and achieve just the same kind of result. Keep scrolling!

"best-alternative-to-powder-artificial-tree-flocking"

Step 1: Prepare your Work Space

Put a drop cloth or plastic sheet over the work surface to protect it. Keep your workspace clean and well-ventilated. And to ensure your flocked artificial Christmas tree dries out completely, place it in a room that gets not so much traffic. Then shake the flocking spray can before using it.

Step 2: Protect Base

Wrap any part of your item you do not want flocked with plastic bag or sheeting to protect it from getting flocked.

Fluff up the branches to make the tree appear fuller. And ensure to fluff properly before flocking.

Step 3: Spray Branches

Spray back and forth over the tops of the branches. Continue sprinkling until the desired coverage is reached. As you spray more and closer, the snow appears heavier. And after you’ve sprayed the branches, allow them to dry.

You can now decorate with ornaments and lights as desired.

Keep in mind that these two flocking methods will create a wonderful winter wonderland vibe on your Christmas greenery without melting snow–one uses Christmas tree flocking spray and the other uses flocking powder. A flawless finish can be achieved after multiple years of touching up each method.

Now you can have that snowy, white Christmas you have always dreamed of. Chose whichever method works for you and get to flocking. However, remember to set down your artificial Christmas trees once the holidays are over. Keeping trees for too long after Christmas is risky, and might turn out to be an invitation to hazard.
